Carolyn is a seasoned title professional with over 20 years of experience in real estate law and agency operations.

 

As the former President and Owner of Delta Title Corporation, she is known for her leadership, legal expertise, and deep industry insight.

 

A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Carolyn was honored as Title Person of the Year in 2023. She brings a practical, client-focused approach to every transaction, drawing from both her legal training and hands-on agency experience.

 

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys baking, reading on her Kindle, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, two dogs, and large extended family—especially when they’re all at the beach.

Megan has over ten years of focused experience in real estate law and title insurance in Louisiana, where she is both a licensed attorney and title insurance producer.

 

She has built her expertise through her work with several prominent title companies in the New Orleans area, earning a reputation for her deep understanding of real estate transactions and commitment to client success.

 

A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Megan is known for her attentive service and legal insight that helps agents navigate the closing process with confidence.

 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends—bringing the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her profession.

Katie brings over two decades of expertise in Louisiana real estate, specializing in title insurance and the closing process for both residential and commercial properties.

 

Her work is grounded in a strong understanding of state law and a J.D. from LSU, earning her a reputation as a go-to resource for complex transactions.

 

She currently serves as Vice President of the Louisiana Land Title Association and Co-Chairs its Legislative Committee, shaping policy and advocating for industry progress. A member of the Louisiana State Law Institute, Katie was also named Title Person of the Year in 2021.

 

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys time with her son, Jude, and embracing the vibrant culture of South Louisiana.

With over 40 years in the title industry, Chris brings unmatched experience and perspective to his role as Regional Counsel.

 

His career began in a title agency where he worked in nearly every role—from courier to closer—before earning his law degree and transitioning to underwriting in 1997. Today, he oversees transactions across a five-state region, handling everything from residential closings to complex, multibillion-dollar commercial deals.

 

Chris holds a B.S. and MBA from LSU-Shreveport and earned his J.D. from LSU, where he served as Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review. A former adjunct instructor in Real Estate and Business Law, he is passionate about legal education and industry advancement.

 

Outside of work, Chris enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
